TRS Garam Masala is a blend of aromatic spices, used mainly for flavouring North Indian dishes but not only. Garam Masala can be used as a condiment sprinkled on pakoras and samosas or as a blend with yoghurt to make an excellent garnish. To retain freshness and flavour store in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
Garam masala has various different recipes depending upon the region in India, from simple Mild Garam masala which contains basic 5 spices to an elaborate punjabi Garam masala which contains more than 15 spices and is used for making Punjabi dishes.
Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Pimento, Nutmeg, Pepper, Cardamom, Clove, Fennel and Bay Leaves.
